STOP the excuses…

Life literally “just happens” sometimes.  That saying that people do half of what you do and a 100% what you don’t do. I’m pretty sure that’s true.  I’ll admit…it’s been stressful lately.  Have I stress ate? Me: “Guilty…” I know I’m not the only person to latch onto food as comfort.  Quite honestly I’m sure it’s a normal response to stress. So I told myself…”Stop it!  This never worked for you before.” My son was transported to a hospital he’d previously had surgery at this year.  Yes, less than a year.  But…it’s ok to take precautions.  Never quite know what life will throw at us.  I had taken some yarn to crochet and it’s been some good therapy.  And a little time to just “Be Still”. How often do we do that!?!  Not often enough.  Life is always hustling and bustling.  Things to do, places to be and so many that need us. While I was waiting for my son to be transported 3 1/2 hrs, I had one of my new licensed drivers (thank goodness I had her help…), pack me some things I was going to
