Easiest Route is sometimes the hardest route...

Taking the easy road, usually the most popular road, turns into the hardest route in the long run.
Things that are worth doing are HARD to do! Eventually that decision may even be a decision to turn back around and reroute your path to discipline yourself to try the hardest path after all. Which turns out, in the end, not only to be the fastest route but the most worth the effort!

Gaining weight was easy for me!
Now I am disciplining my mind and my heart to see food as fuel and the importance of choosing fuel that will take me through till the long haul of life!

Laying on the couch is easy!
Now I am learning how to discipline my body to use that energy I now have to do activities that allow me to have quality time in action towards my goals! And I get to do it with my family.

Getting into debt is easy!
Now I am learning how to use determination, patience and wisdom in how I spend AND earn income!

As a wife, mom, teacher, I have had to make choices that seemed ridiculous to people who have no idea how amazing I feel on the inside! Allocating time and money is teaching me how to make the best of my value pak decision! It truly has been the best decision I have made! And it’s written all over my face!

Follow Me! I’m not quitting or stopping until I hit my target! What's your target?

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!
