Sometimes you have to fall...

Sometimes you have to fall to know where you stand.

It was 16 years ago I chose to be a stay at home mom.  It has been my dream job. Some moments taught me more than any job outside the home could.

I felt like I wasn’t contributing in a way that I could help lighten the load with the monthly bills.

It was draining at times. Though I knew the precious time with my babies was worth more than money could ever buy; let alone the Lord always made a way.

But the worst of times made me open my mind for the first time ever to try to learn different ways to make an income while being able to stay at home.  Some worked, while others it was like dropping something into a deep sea with no return in sight.

Somethings just were not meant to be.

I stand here today to tell you looking back on those worst of times have actually created 18 years later the BEST of times yet.

I found multiple ways to make my OWN income. Limitless. On me. Time Freedom. Financial Freedom.

All because I hit rock bottom and was open to a different way and mindset.

That scares most people. 99% wont act on starting their own thing. They’d rather depend on the 9-5 regardless of lack of control or happiness for that matter.

If you’re in the worst of times right now, open for the first time to a different way, and think like the 1%. let’s talk and turn your story around.

Don’t let a good crisis go to waist. Leverage it for dramatic change in your own destiny.

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!

How important is breakfast...

Eight Reasons to Start Your Day With a Protein-Dense Shake.....  Your mom always told you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Of course, mom’s always right. But does the science back her recommendation up? From an array of studies, scientists have demonstrated the efficacy of breakfast for a variety of health benefits. The number of these benefits also increase if that early morning meal is higher in protein, particularly in the form of a protein-dense shake. Here is a running list that should give you more reasons to start every day with a nutritious, high-protein meal. Or, better yet, a protein-dense meal-replacement shake: 1. Improved Concentration and Memory From large observational trials, mainly targeted toward children, breakfast is shown to be strongly associated with improved concentration and memory (1) Scientists suggest that this is due to breakfast’s immediate impact on blood sugar to fuel young brains (2,3).
