30 Seconds Protein Bliss Balls
Bliss balls are the inventory of the 21 century when it comes to healthy lifestyle and quick snacks. These bliss balls are ready in 30 seconds and are full with all the essential macro-nutrients.Make them as a snack after gym time off in between meals.Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs raw cacao
8 dates, pitted
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Blend the dates, raw cacao, coconut oil and the chocolate protein powder. Add the coconut flakes
until you get the desired consistency. If your consistency seems too
dry, add a little bit more coconut oil. Make little bliss balls and
roll them either in shredded coconut or raw cacao.
