Encouragement from my best friend...

Had a conversation with my husband today.  He says honey, you look great! 

 I just want you to know you don't have to lose anymore weight if you don't want to.  You can see so many changes already.  You look amazing!  I said you can notice the toning up from working out. 

 He said yes.  I nearly jumped out of my seat!  I love that I have encouragement and support.  Sometimes as a person you can't see changes because you look at you everyday.  I'm so excited where this has taken my life and can't wait to help others too!
