Not only have I been blessed by my family with gifts and yes cake, but I found my scale. Knowing it might be high since I just ate I got on anyways.  My goal weight was 145lbs but ok with it being between 135-145.  I weigh 140!!! I was so excited!!   I’m still maintaining but I’ve been feeling bloated and like my tummy was changing...I was a little apprehensive about the unknown number.  Time for a cleanse soon! So refreshing too!

What are your Dreams?  Is it to pay a credit card, car payment, house payment,  a vacation, down payment for a house....?? Is it financial or even physical freedom?
