Nutty Granola Bars with Protein Makes 16-18 bars Ingredients: 1½ cups raw almonds 2½ cups raw cashews 1½ cups slivered almonds 1½ cups pumpkin seeds 1 cup sunflower seeds ½ to ¾ cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) ¾ cup maple syrup (add 1-2 tbsp more if needed) ½ cup chia seeds 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips (melted with ½ tsp coconut oil) 1-2 tbsp almond milk (optional, if mixture is too dry) Instructions: 1.
