Sharing my story...

Sometimes I think of where I was and where I am today. I can’t hardly believe it!

I was tired, stressed, high blood pressure, snored my worst I had in years and more!  I was raveling at the seams.

Now, I have more energy, manage stress, mental focus and clarity.  The list could keep going.  This truly changed my life.

As a mom of 4 there is no time to sit still.  We homeschool, go for hikes, bike rides and I even get to play tag with them.  I have more life to give others.

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me.
