Another amazing story!! In a way, it makes me remember how I felt before I started this journey. For me, I’d given up because nothing ever really worked.  When my feet hit the scale, I cringed.  Then having someone ask me when I was due...I knew I couldn’t stay where I was.  I’m so glad a friend helped me and continues to help encourage me along this lifestyle.  Never knew what the right nutrition could do!  Hope her story touches you. ❤

When I saw the photo from July I wasn’t in denial, I had a glimmer of Hope because had decided to try out a Complete Nutrition Lifestyle. 4 months later I am excited about and dedicated to my Nutrition and Care for My Body more than I ever have been!

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms.
