“I can feel the difference between these photos the one on the left I was in 4xl work shirt and I was to the point were I was almost needing a 5xl. But I tried one of the 5xl on and it made me sad I didnt want to be in one of those shirts. At that point I wanted to turn my life around I'm now down to a 3xl and size 26 pants from 4xl shirt and 28 pants slowly going down I'm determined that I want to get in to the 100 pound club”
