Israel’s story...

Everytime I see someone’s life changed it makes me even more grateful for deciding to go on this journey.  I’ve gained so much through this lifestyle.  So glad I said yes!

Here’s Israel’s story... “Everyone has a beginning.

My Journey started years ago I tried to do it on my own. I keep say  I knew what I was  doing and I knew how to get it done. The frustrating part was that  if I knew what I was doing  then  I’d be there already. Not till I open my mind and my heart to new things is when change happen.
I asked for help from people that I looked up too people that motivated me. I listened with both ears took notes and try new things to find the right lifestyle that fit me. Because the way I see it If didn’t take care of myself then  I wouldn’t be around to take care of the people I loved ❤️. If I can help you with this is to be open to try new things. Being close minded you will just keep repeating the same behaviors and actions that got you to  place that you are now. But if you want to go somewhere new you have to try something new. It all starts with being open and being OK with asking for help.

Here to tomorrow”

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!
