Ok these are on my list to make! Maybe we’ll turn it into an assignment for school today. Kids love these!! Need a quick pick me up between during meals? Try this tasty treat!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Almonds (to make 1 cup almond butter, see note)
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
3/4 Cup Raisins
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Pinch Salt
1/4 Cup plus 1 Teaspoon Honey
Chocolate Chips*optional
DIRECTIONS:
Place the nuts in a blend and blend until smooth, stopping if it gets too hot.
Place everything in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Roll into balls and place in a storage container in the fridge for snacking.
Add additional almonds if the almond butter comes up short.
