Loving her new lifestyle...

This is my cousin Pamela. Seems strange that it’s taken us this long to get back in touch.  She’s stuck with me now 😉. I’m so excited about her journey, her story and being able to possibly get some time to spend with her this summer!

We will be putting together an online health event. She has a story that so many could benefit from. She encourages me so much!  There was at one point she nearly died.  I’m so glad she’s in my life. ♥️

A little piece of Pamela’s story:

“ I am a diabetic and after 3 weeks I had to stop two of my 3 medications I was on that I was still struggling with glucose being in the 200's. Everytime I would do my injection I would crash and my glucose dropped to the low 50's. Didn't like that.  They have been under 150 after I eat and staying between 110 and 120 for my morning ones.  I see my doc next week who hasn't seen me in 4 months. I have lost 31 lbs since I seen him last And I have only been doing this 2 months. I had loss 10 lbs before I started but I starved to do it and hit a wall and kept going up and down. Since starting this nutrition, I have loss fat and gaining muscle. I'll post after my appointment how my labs look from before. Loving my new lifestyle.”

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!

How important is breakfast...
