Another life changed...

I love how Haley and her husband took their health into  their own hands.  Really they look great in both their before/after pics.  I’m sure it’s a huge difference on the inside though.  From my personal experience, I know there has been a lot of healing on the inside out.  I never knew that nutrition really mattered.  I thought I was getting everything my body needed.

Sometimes we don’t always understand why things happen in life. Who we ended up where we are? What we could’ve done different? Honestly you are who you are because of the challenges and battles you’ve fought.  Was it fun? No..  Did you learn from it? Maybe. Do you have to go through it again?  Yes if you didn’t get it the first time.  Does this make you an awful person? No....just means there was something you didn’t learn and get the first time.
