Do or Do Not...there is No Try...

#motivationalmonday

Here iit from Chad (16 months on this health journey)

“i have always been a HUGE Star Wars fan; however, the other day while eating at a local restaurant “Empire Strikes Back” was on the TVs so I had to read the words (Not that I didn’t know them by heart).  This scene with Yoda and Luke came on.  I have always known this scene and saying but for some reason it truly resonates with me yesterday!

As many of you know, I have been on an amazing journey of health for the last 16 months!  When I read this statement from Yoda it hit me just how true this is!  In life, no matter what you’re doing there is “No Try”!!!!  You either do it or you don’t do it!  When you have a goal in your life, don’t give up no matter how hard it is or how ever long it takes!  There’s no trying to achieve a goal!  You can make excuses for not achieving it, or you can put your head down, FOCUS, and get it done!

This holds so true in all aspects of life!  Health, business, school, physical, mental, or spiritual...you have to be willing to DO what you have to DO in order to get what you want!  Don’t be afraid of the journey to get you there either...that is where the true growth happens!”

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!

How important is breakfast...
