Death approached me this morning...

Let’s just face it!  Life is not always roses, butterflies and cute fluffy bunnies.  I walked in the laundry room and the aroma of death approached me.  Like seriously...what died!  It’s like something dead crawled in their socks!

Then there’s morning where teaching...your standing in one spot and everybody is flooding you with 10 questions at once.  You want to quickly grab the bon bons and run for the hills.

Thankfully there’s healthier options but still.

Do you ever get stressed and not really know what to do? Chest pains, migraines, sweats and even black out.  I use to experience some of this more often than I cared to admit.  Most of the time I covered it up, other times it was obvious.

In high stress, I struggle some like when I flew for the first time by myself in August to Nashville TN. Yes!  TSA...that is an experience all on its own.  Now, I think I’ll be ok from here on out, but....  Thankful He sent an angel who was scared she was gonna miss her flight and in return was a huge help to me.

Thank goodness for mommy cocktails cause they help keep my sanity in range.  And be a better mom, wife and friend to those around me!

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!

How important is breakfast...
