Changes...

I love Tara’s story!  So many changes!  Sometimes it’s so easy to forget how far you’ve come!  I love listening to her on leadership calls and listening to her story.  I’m sure it will encourage you too.

Here’s her story...
“Changes 💕

Total loss 15 pounds 20 inches all over my body.

Sometimes , I don’t even realiZe How far I’ve come. Unless you take pictures along your journey , you forget how it used to be.

The picture on the left was February 2015. I hated my body. After having my 4th baby , my body never went back to pre baby 👶🏼, my hair was falling out. My skin was a mess. I was eating fairly clean diet. I had migraine headaches daily , inflammation was raging through my body. Lower back pain consisted of me popping 4 Advil’s a day to get rid of headaches and body aches

The only thing I’ve changed is nutritional rebalancing and flooding my body will macro nutrients, intermittent fasting but with food groups that support it and vitamins. WOWZA TO CHANGES - for reals. I look so healthy !!! I wasn’t healthy before on a clean diet.

TOXINS play a huge part in body weight and destruction .. they are in so much of what we consume. Yep even healthy foods. So BUY ORGANIC.

Guess what ?!  It’s sustainable. I’ve done it. The picture says it all. ❤️❤️❤️”

What are you waiting for?

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!

How important is breakfast...

Eight Reasons to Start Your Day With a Protein-Dense Shake.....  Your mom always told you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Of course, mom’s always right.
