Determined to accomplish the impossible...

I can’t believe I’m doing this.  Yesterday I did 3 sets of 10 each.  I’ve had 4 csections and I’d always have to quit excercises like this because of incision pain.  I’m so thankful for these almost 3yrs on this journey. Truly has been a lot of healing from the inside out.  I feel pretty good!  Now to continue maintaining and focus on the tackling the hard things!  5 miles virtual race on October 3rd. I may be running alone but God is with me. ❤️ #WellnessWednesday #moveyourbody #healing #recovering #determined

Meant to be...

Whatever your desire, whatever your dream, whatever your vision, don't let it die.  Achieve where you want to be.  You don't have to settle for "it's apparently the way I'm meant to be".  That's hogwash and you know it!  Make a difference in you while you still can!  If you are breathing, that's you!  Age doesn't limit you.  What do you have to lose?  What do you have to gain? #healthychange #changeyourlife #youholdthekey

He shall cover thee with his feathers...
