Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos 

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Optional: lettuce or spinach, shredded cheese, cilantro, tortillas



Instructions:


  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, tomatoes, and red onion. Gently stir to mix—be careful not to mash the avocado too much.
  2. Warm your tortillas slightly (microwave for 10–15 seconds or heat in a pan) to make them more pliable.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and spoon the mixture into the center.
  4. Add optional extras like shredded lettuce, cheese, or cilantro if desired.
  5. Roll up burrito-style: fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. For a warm, toasty finish, grill or toast the wrapped burrito in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.



Serve immediately and enjoy!
