Restart. Reset. Refocus.
That’s been my theme lately—and my blood pressure journey is a big reason why.
Back in October 2017, I noticed my blood pressure was very high. If I didn’t get it under control, medication was probably going to be the next step. That was my wake-up call. I made the decision to change my lifestyle—and it worked.
Fast forward to the past six months… life threw me another curveball. Big changes, stress, and trying to adapt to a new normal took a toll. My blood pressure crept back up to 153/80. I knew I had to act before it spiraled.
I went back to the habits I knew worked. I focused on what I could control—nutrition, movement, rest, and managing stress. I’ve been tracking my blood pressure regularly, and now it’s back down to 117/73—without medication.
