Taking the easy road, usually the most popular road, turns into the hardest route in the long run. Things that are worth doing are HARD to do! Eventually that decision may even be a decision to turn back around and reroute your path to discipline yourself to try the hardest path after all. Which turns out, in the end, not only to be the fastest route but the most worth the effort! Gaining weight was easy for me! Now I am disciplining my mind and my heart to see food as fuel and the importance of choosing fuel that will take me through till the long haul of life! Laying on the couch is easy! Now I am learning how to discipline my body to use that energy I now have to do activities that allow me to have quality time in action towards my goals! And I get to do it with my family.
