Everybody is human...

I’m a mom of 4, homeschool, run a couple side businesses, homemaker, wife and whatever other cape I decide to put on.  Sometimes I need a little boost with energy.  Though I often feel like Wonder Woman and often really wonder how I do it all.  Thankfully Jesus is my helper and encourages me when I need it most. Secondly my amazing husband who helps me and picks me up when I need him.  He’s amazing and I thank the Lord for him daily.  My kids, they are amazing and sometimes they do the sweetest things for me without asking or expecting.  They rock my world. Then there are all my friends and some act more like family which the Lord knows who we need before we do.  I truly am blessed.

I’ll admit there are moments when I find myself in a mully grub mood, feeling blah, and just flat need a pick me up.  This is where the nutrition kicks into overdrive.  Mommy cocktails are amazing!  Full of happy juice, hydrate filled with electrolytes and antioxidants as well as our plant based energy drink.  Thankfully no jitters or messing with heart rates here.

I’m saying this because I’m just as human as you. Sometimes we all need a little help in life.  I don’t know what your health looks like, struggles...but I’ve seen almost everything and watched with my own eyes lives being changed.  There are solutions for all.  If you are open, I would love to add you to our products page so you can see others who have done this too.

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!

How important is breakfast...
