I’m so proud of Sarah!  She has made such huge leaps with her health journey. 
She’s doing things she only dreamed of! Way to go!!

In Sarah’s own words: 
“I am so glad I said “yes “ almost 3 years ago. I just keep aging in reverse. I look better now than I did in my 20’s !!!!! Think about how you can look if you just RID YOUR BODY OF TOXINS AND VISCERAL FAT !!!! like a million bucks !!!❤️❤️💯💯👌🏻“

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me.
