A mommies story...

For  all the amazing Mommas looking to be inspired!  Love hearing these stories how it’s helped others.  Enjoy the precious times. Honestly I’ve missed so much. I wish I could turn time back a little.  I’m making up for lost time now!  It’s great!  Check this story out below 👇👇

Dr. Laura Soto, who just had baby boy #4, but for this last pregnancy, she used our superfood products throughout & this is what she had to say about the differences she noted:

“....going through my 4th pregnancy there was a very notable difference! You would think that things would get harder....I was older (hitting "advanced maternal age"), I had to run after 3 boys at home, work a demanding full time job, and still have to carry a small little human. But I was feeling my very best despite the odds!! I was feeling more energy that lasted the entire day, I was feeling stronger and conserved my lean muscle, I was dancing ballet until 37 weeks (and only stopped because of the hurricane and then gave birth at 38 weeks) and I was still doing moves that I had to stop sooner in my previous pregnancies. And finally, I gained 25 lb with this last pregnancy, unlike the others in which I gained 35-38 lb due to doctor's orders for being "underweight." I was able to gain 8 lb of lean muscle before this last pregnancy thus I was no longer in the underweight category.
I attribute all of this to the amazing nutritional superfood (products) that prepped my body pre-pregnancy through post-pregnancy. All I have done since giving birth is continue eating a balanced diet, using this nutrition system to fill-in the gaps that our regular foods just simply cannot provide, resting (no exercise as not cleared just yet), nursing and enjoying my family! I am so thankful to be on this journey and for this easy nutrition that has me feeling my very best despite all the life changing events!”

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. 👉 YOU 👈 are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!

How important is breakfast...

Eight Reasons to Start Your Day With a Protein-Dense Shake.....  Your mom always told you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Of course, mom’s always right. But does the science back her recommendation up? From an array of studies, scientists have demonstrated the efficacy of breakfast for a variety of health benefits. The number of these benefits also increase if that early morning meal is higher in protein, particularly in the form of a protein-dense shake. Here is a running list that should give you more reasons to start every day with a nutritious, high-protein meal. Or, better yet, a protein-dense meal-replacement shake: 1. Improved Concentration and Memory From large observational trials, mainly targeted toward children, breakfast is shown to be strongly associated with improved concentration and memory (1) Scientists suggest that this is due to breakfast’s immediate impact on blood sugar to fuel young brains (2,3). In one of the largest systemat...
