Another life changed...


So proud of Lydia!  Despite what her feelings were she was filled with determination to overcome her obstacles!  Way to achieve it!

In Lydia’s own words..:
“I had a severe fear of failure 2 years ago (photo on the left). A product of that was how I treated my body. I wanted better for years, but I did not want to face my fears. It’s hard to believe that person on the left is the same as the one on the right. I’m still coming to terms with struggles, insecurities and fears that I chose to live with daily, but tried to forget.

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me.
