 4-Ingredient Peppermint Patties ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿซ

Saw these and I love Peppermint Patties.  So does my family.  Now to get a few ingredients and try these!  I heard they are amazing!

You’ll need:
3 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
2-3 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
melted dark chocolate

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the shredded coconut until it starts to stick together. Scrape down the sides as needed.
2. Add in the maple syrup and peppermint extract until you reach a dough-like consistency.

3. Form the mixture into discs and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.

4. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
5. Melt the chocolate and dip each patty into the chocolate. Coat all sides and place back on the lined baking sheet.
6. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is firm and enjoy! ๐Ÿค

Don’t...

Don’t be held captive by your thoughts... #motivationalmonday This hit me like a brick.  For so long I let myself be a prisoner by my thoughts, how I felt when I looked in the mirror, insecurities, lack of self confidence and now I feel like a whole new person!  I’m thankful that Jesus helped me through some of my darkest storms. Even when I feel alone, I know He is right beside me. Not to mention the amazing family I’ve been gifted.  I’m truly blessed.   Life is important. ๐Ÿ‘‰ YOU ๐Ÿ‘ˆ are important.   Hope you have an awesome day and Happy New Year!
