4-Ingredient Peppermint Patties đđŤ
Saw these and I love Peppermint Patties. So does my family. Now to get a few ingredients and try these! I heard they are amazing!
Youâll need:â¨3 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconutâ¨2-3 tbsp pure maple syrupâ¨1/2 tsp peppermint extractâ¨melted dark chocolate
1. In a food processor or blender, combine the shredded coconut until it starts to stick together. Scrape down the sides as needed.â¨2. Add in the maple syrup and peppermint extract until you reach a dough-like consistency.
3. Form the mixture into discs and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
4. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.â¨5. Melt the chocolate and dip each patty into the chocolate. Coat all sides and place back on the lined baking sheet.â¨6. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is firm and enjoy! đ¤â¨.â¨.â¨.â¨.â¨
