Last week I started an 11 day Fit for Fun Challenge. You’ll find that it’s one of the things I love doing only because I know I love food and often need to keep myself on track. It’s a lifestyle not a life sentence. I decided that I needed to do a detox. I chose a 48hr because I just really felt I needed to purge some things that shouldn’t be in my life. Maybe you feel like you are stuck and not sure how to get some health issues under control. From my own personal experience what we eat is so important. I have lower blood pressure than I’ve ever had, as well as other goals I’ve accomplished. I truly believe that together we can accomplish so much.
