I did not know this!  I haven’t really cared for green tea but lately it’s been something I’m starting to like. From a mom’s perspective...

For quite awhile I put myself on the back burner.  That’s what moms do. When someone wants to do something for you, you find a need someone else has.  What I didn’t realize that I was raveling at the seams. Physically, mentally, emotionally I was falling apart. Since I’ve been on this journey, I’ve gained: ✔️ my health ✔️ run and play with my kids ✔️ more energy ✔️ clarity ✔️ confidence ✔️ bye bye insecurities ✔️ more positive ✔️ ready to take on the next mountain ✔️financial freedom What struggles do you face daily? Know that you are important. You deserve to take care of you and live life to its fullest.  If I can, anyone can too.  It’s your choice. Dr. Katya is having amazing results... 1️⃣ I used to think it was in my genetics to be heavy. I used to think I was “big-boned”. 2️⃣ I used to be tired/fatigued all the time no matter how much sleep I got. 3️⃣ I used to crave sugary sweets. 4️⃣ I used to rely on energy drinks to get through the day. 5️⃣ I used to get out of breath by just walking around and especially going upstairs. 6️⃣ I used to hide behind baggy clothes. 7️⃣ I used to dread being picked as a bridesmaid since that meant wearing a dress. 8️⃣ I used to yo-yo diet just to give up and gain more weight than I lost. The beauty of all these points is that they’re in the PAST! I no longer “diet”. So proud of Lydia!  Despite what her feelings were she was filled with determination to overcome her obstacles!  Way to achieve it! #facefriday I often think of where I was, the tired mom I was, no energy and felt like I wished there was more to give.  I’m thankful now that I can do things I told myself I’d never do like training for my 5k, more energy, and just feel good!  If someone told me it was just a shake that could give my body the fuel I needed, I would’ve been all over it!  To memories that I am making from here on out!  Love living life!
