It is so important to take care of you.  Something I always struggled with.  I always put others first. Sharing my story...

Sometimes I think of where I was and where I am today. I can’t hardly believe it! I was tired, stressed, high blood pressure, snored my worst I had in years and more!  I was raveling at the seams. Now, I have more energy, manage stress, mental focus and clarity.  The list could keep going.  This truly changed my life. As a mom of 4 there is no time to sit still.  We homeschool, go for hikes, bike rides and I even get to play tag with them.  I have more life to give others. Everybody is human...

I’m a mom of 4, homeschool, run a couple side businesses, homemaker, wife and whatever other cape I decide to put on.  Sometimes I need a little boost with energy.  Though I often feel like Wonder Woman and often really wonder how I do it all.  Thankfully Jesus is my helper and encourages me when I need it most. I should be in bed...

I should be in bed laying on a heating pad but I’m not.  A couple years ago, I was literally in bed nauseous laying on a heating pad.  My bestie who was living next door chimed in to help kids get dinner going.  Daddy wasn’t home from work yet.  Had moments like that after that too when she was no where near us.  I’m in some pain but nothing that severe:  I know people probably get tired of hearing this but I really think that the nutrition having 24g protein, lots of vitamins & minerals has really done a lot of healing inside out.  I’m thankful that womanly things don’t knock me down every time.  I’m sure this was tmi but I know the struggle is real for a lot of women.  Your not alone.  And it can be managed in a natural way.
